We welcome your donations of goods and corporate services to make our Green Show a success and invite you to explore the options below. Donations may be left in the reception area of the Parish Center near the Chapel or in the Green Show closet outside Parish Hall C. In addition, you may make a cash contribution to the Green Show, 100% of which is tax-deductible.
Silent Auction Donations
Adventures
Donate unique or hard-to-access experiences for fun. Give a gift certificate for a particular adventure or provide the opportunity for someone to join you. Popular examples include hot air balloon rides, sailing, flying, golf at private clubs, skeet ranges, fly fishing clubs, etc.
Art
No longer have room for that treasured artwork? Redecorating, downsizing, moving? Let us find a good home for your fine art. If you know an artist or are an artist, please consider a gift of original art to the Green Show.
Evenings Out
Show your support of local restaurants by purchasing a gift certificate to donate to this year's auction. Do you have season tickets to the theater or ballet? Donate your tickets for a night you can't attend. How about tickets to a local museum or attractions such as Longwood Gardens and Mt. Cuba Center?
Getaways
Do you have a beach cottage, mountain retreat, ski condo, lake house, vacation timeshare, or island getaway? Please consider a donation for a long weekend or week on any terms you choose.
Gift Baskets
Consider donating a themed gift basket or individual items to be grouped together in a basket. Ideas include gifts for gardeners, bakers, sports enthusiasts, crafters, pets, or coffee and chocolate lovers, along with items for a spa day, family game or movie night, housewarming gifts, or a snow day survival kit.
Parties
Parties are events donated by individuals or a group of parishioners. Offerings in past years have included a summer BBQ, an English tea, a Kentucky Derby party, and a pool party. Or do you have a specialty cuisine that you love to cook? Recruit some friends and make a donation to the Green Show.
Services
Services are personal grooming, home services, yard work, painting—anything that someone does so you don’t have to. The next time you get your hair cut, have a family portrait taken, or get someone to cut your grass, consider asking for a donation. This is a great opportunity for those who want to help others as well. How about offering your services to grocery shop for someone once a month, weed flower beds, or stack a cord of wood?
Sports
Do you have sports memorabilia or tickets to local sporting events in our area? Donate your tickets and let us turn them into valuable funds for Outreach. If you have a corporate connection, ask if they will donate tickets to our cause.
Use the form below to make a silent auction donation or contact Janet Clark-Amodei or Shelley Kinsella.
