Christ Church’s Middle School Service Team will host a blood drive on Saturday, May 23, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM in Parish Hall A. With an ongoing blood shortage in our area, this drive supports the Blood Bank of Delmarva, which supplies blood and blood products to more than 20,000 patients each year. The Delmarva region alone needs 350-380 donors every day to meet hospital demand. Although 62% of Americans are eligible to donate blood, only 3% do.
