The Theology Small Group has an enriching year ahead and invites you to take part in thoughtful reading and lively discussion. Beginning September 10, the group will explore C. S. Lewis’ classic The Screwtape Letters—a perfectly mischievous choice for the Halloween season. During Advent, they’ll turn to Jesus of Nazareth: The Infancy Narratives by Joseph Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI), followed in February 2027 by his Jesus of Nazareth: Holy Week. Next summer, the group will begin one of the foundational works of the Western Christian tradition—Confessions by Saint Augustine. The group meets every other Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in the Commons Room. All are welcome to join for a year of deep learning, meaningful conversation, and spiritual growth.
