Admissions

Cashiers & Sales Help
Assist in individual shops or at checkout/credit card lines on Friday or Saturday. Contact Ted Ledden.
Children's Programs
Calm, talented adults are needed to help with our children's programs on Saturday, December 6, including setup and cleanup assistance. Children 10-15 can assist as well. Contact Arwen DeCostanza.
Christmas Spirit Volunteers
Help is needed organizing and setting up Christmas Spirit inventory during Green Show Week and with retail sales on Friday night and Saturday. Contact Jenny Simonton or Becky Rogers.
Cooks, Bartenders, & Servers
We offer opportunities to prepare and set up food for the Preview Party on Friday and brunch on Saturday.

Bartenders
In addition, you may volunteer as a bartender at Friday night's Preview Party. Contact Rod Maroney.
Food Servers

Decor Workshops

Food Preparation
Freezer Food Workshops & Soup Makers
Join a freezer workshop this fall and help make one of our popular, yummy treats. Also, volunteers are needed to prepare and freeze one of our proven, easy recipes. We provide containers and recipes.

Sweets & Treats
Make your favorite holiday goodie or a delicious treat from one of our provided recipes to sell at the Green Show. Contact Elaine Olsen or Nan Martz.
Greening of the Home
Inside Plants
Volunteers are needed to create beautiful Christmas gifts and décor made of fresh indoor plants. Contact Wendy Massey or Kathy Whelan.
Wreath & Boxwood Tree Decorating
Help make beautifully decorated wreaths and boxwood trees from fresh greens to be sold at the Green Show. Contact Jane Romano.
Set-up & Clean-up
Help prepare the spaces, move furniture, and set up rooms before and after the Green Show. Contact Chuck Arensberg.
Silent Auction Assistance
Items for our Silent Auction are in need of organization and setup in the Parish Halls for Friday night's event, and table closers are needed at the end of the auction. Contact Janet Clark-Amodei or Libbie Fiechter.
Treasurer Crew
Help set up cash boxes and count cash following the Green Show. Contact Laura Snead.
Youth Volunteers
