Our nation marks the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence this year. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, communities across the country will commemorate this milestone. On Flag Day, June 14, Christ Church will honor the tradition of Dare to Declare, during which members of our community will read the Declaration of Independence aloud—just as it was shared 250 years ago before the age of modern communication. Please join us after the 10:30 AM service on this day for this meaningful observance. A celebratory reception with birthday cake and refreshments will follow as we reaffirm the enduring principles of freedom, equality, and self‑governance.
