Bring home a mature blueberry bush and enjoy fresh berries for years—all while supporting Christ Church. These established plants are 10–15 years old, stand approximately 4–6 feet tall, and are ready to become a fruitful addition to your landscape. Choose from several varieties and select your bush in November or December from parishioner Dan McBride’s home in Hockessin for a suggested $50 donation ($35 minimum). It will be dug for you, and you are then responsible for transporting the bare-root plant to your property. Fall and early spring are ideal for transplanting. Contact Dan directly to arrange a selection time. Donations may be made by check payable to Christ Church or online, selecting the Miscellaneous Fund and noting “blueberries” in the Comments section. Every purchase benefits Christ Church’s Buildings & Grounds budget, helping to fund improvements throughout our campus.
