Spiritual Breathing – October 16

“Be still and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10). Yet finding stillness can be difficult! All are welcome at our next offering of Spirituality Beyond Sundays—Spiritual Breathing—on Friday, October 16, at 10 AM in Parish Hall A. Drawing on her experience as a yoga instructor and her personal background in Christian spirituality, parishioner Libbie Fiechter will explore how mindful breathing can help us become still and deepen our connection with God through prayer. Labyrinth Walk – October 20

Then join us at the Christ Church labyrinth on Tuesday, October 20, at 10 AM for a labyrinth walk to celebrate the Season of Creation (weather permitting). Come acknowledge God’s presence in the change of the seasons and delight in the evidence of His hand in creation. Cider will be served, and accommodations may be made for those unable to walk the labyrinth.
