Fourth Tuesday Evening Prayer Group
We are people committed to prayer, desiring to grow through prayer in awareness of God. The Prayer Ministry meets to offer a time to gather with others in prayer for a deepening openness to God. The rhythm of the group includes a brief meditation by the leader, a period of sitting in silenct, a time for optional sharing, and intercessions. With God’s help, we promise to pray for the needs of others, holding their requests in our daily prayers; praying for those requests when we meet as a group; and promoting prayer as the foundation of all of our work as a church. All are welcome to join this prayer group. This is an ongoing group and can be joined at any time. We meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7 PM in the Commons Room. Questions? Tuesday Morning Intercessory Prayer
For 55 years, this group has met each Tuesday morning without interruption, even on holidays, to offer prayers for those in need. All are welcome to join at 9:20 AM in the Chapel.
